Historic and Rare Indians, Harleys and Hondas are the cornerstone of our presentation. Exhibits include the history of American motorcycling, motorcycle design as shown through the original drawings of the Indian factory, extensive memorabilia and a fantastic exhibit of rare motorcycles from around the world. The intention is to provide a historic view, as well as show the fun and excitement this sport has provided for millions of people worldwide. The Museum houses over 30,000 original artifacts, prints, drawings, motorcycles, memorabilia, tools, books, magazines, photos, newspapers, manuals and historic material. Aside from our own research, we appreciate the contributions of many outside experts in the motorcycle field. Opportunities are provided for visitors to take photos, touch, feel and sit on some of the motorcycles. It's the museum's way of letting you step through a window into the past. Exhibits are always in a state of change and improvement. There is something for everyone! |
